Fraps works fine for SRO.
Anyway this is not the right place for ask stuff like that.
And we can't put cracked software here I guess.

Fraps is the best one around for games i belive. and your "lags" are your computer problem. its just not powerful to handle teh recorder. u need better CPU or more RAM todo it. i got C2D 2.3GHz / 4gb ram wich should be enought to greate smooth 60 FPS videos.

And for capturing videos from games mostly ur graphic card is used, resources from processor and ram less, unless u got integrated graphic card...
