iBot + Devil Spirit?

Can i use Devil Spirit Skill with iBot?
If so can you explain me how?

Sorry if i push this topic,
but my iBot doesn't detect the Malicious Devil Skill in its Skill List.
I refreshed the skills but it still doesnt appear there.
Is it even working with Devil Spirit?
