Best Way to buy silks on RSRO??

I prefer(ed) using a PSC for getting my silks.
The Service i take is 2pay.ru and they deliver my silks within 3 minutes

Im from bulgaria im using sms or moneybookers with 2pay.ru. becouse paypal not avaible due to chargebacks

Guide:
1 Step : Go to an weapon shop and steal an ShoutGun (dont forget bullets)

Yes you can.
Just enter
Choose the silks ammount, and choose picture with visa master cards.
Then tick Пополнить счёт.
Then tick Перейти к оплате.
I think you should know what to do then...
