I have found the Problem here the solution

For all with this Problem:



When u start butterfly Wizard.exe and this Window comes than make so:

(((Start > cmd))) Than Come this Window



Than restart your PC
and have fun.

The option makes it the administrator rights from the folder or. Exe

Example:
Start > cmd
Than come the Window.
Step1 Press: cd..
Step2 Press: cd..
Step3 Press: cacls "C:\YOUR DIRECTORY" /T /E /C /P YOUR USERNAME:F
Step4 Press: Close
Step5 Press: Start
Step6 Press: PC Restart
Step7 Start Bot have F.U.N

better way just close the antivier! i got the same problem with other programms and the full admin rights won't help
