I think Garment is the better choice here, you receive less Mag damage, even Wizzards wont be able to 1hit you since you are Fire maxed, and you get some Speed boost and more MP reduce then on Protector.

No no, he should use garment, since he got phy. def. from ice mastery.
Nodoby rly cares about speed and Mp, even with 20% snow its a problem anyway.
