Erm C++ error

Well, i downloaded silkroad and it updated and i have all the requirments for the game but when i press start it says "microsoft c++ error, Program: C:\Program Files\Silkroad\sro_client.exe" and then it says, "needs run time to terminate the aplication in an unusual way"... Can anyone help?

Do i have to put the new C++ into a specific file because the installation doesnt seem to work and its in deutch

i tested all the links they gave, they work perfectly....i can understand not bein able to install in deutsch, but what is so hard about installing it in english?!

because our sro_client file is exactly the same as yours if yours is from the original installer file.

cant download it request Java script and when i set u it it doesnt work also cant u attash it here

errr, dude, is it SOO much of a bother to enable java after he spent his time uploading it? - he cant upload it here, as the file size exceeds the limit.
and as i already said, unless your client was modded then his will most likely give you the same error. HAVE YOU INSTALLED VISUAL STUDIO??
when i **** in someones back yard, i dont expect them to wipe my *** as well....common sense 
EDIT: if you stil have trouble AFTER installing VC6, pm me and ill email u the file or something, seeing as rapidshare doesnt work for u.

it wont work to replace ur sro_client.exe with my one, what u have is a c++ error, i'd suggest that ur gonna install the newest c++ runtime components, maybe it will work if u gonna install .net framework 2 ....
at last phoenix can help u if no one of this suggestions by pheonix and me worked for ya

Hey Leute,
habe mir letztens nen Metin2 P-Server mit Hamachi erstellt. Alles läuft super, wenn da dieser kack nicht wäre. PortMap zeigt eine Fehlermeldung, nachdem man sich eingeloggt hat: RichEdit line insertion error. Diese erscheint einmal zusätzlich pro Sekunde und PortMap und Metin2 wird beendet, sobald ca. 100 von diesen Meldungen auf dem Bildschirm sind. Was soll ich machen? Hat jemand ne Lösung?

1.Error Codes und ähnliches
Da es nach einem neuen Update immer wieder Probleme auftreten, empfehlen wir Euch folgende Liste mit den häufigsten Fehlern durchzugehen:
1. Deinstalliere Combat Arms über Arbeitsplatz-->Software
2. Prüfe ob alle Ordner von Nexon auf der Festplatte gelöscht sind. Wenn nicht lösche...
