Pet Tool [Is there one?]

[sanx]

I play CSRO and it's kinda annoying to use bot and use a grab pet.
Is there a grab tool that I could use?
Already searched on some forum, can't find anything.

I use ButterFly bot.

No Pet = no grab of items/drops (Elixirs will remain still on the ground).
No grab tool available so either handgrind and pick, or buy a pet (expensive), or buy Silks, sell Silkitems and let all the items remain on the ground.
