I just remember the day germany played against argentinia, when i told, in 100% chinese party that i am german... they were such amazed by that, they wished all luck for the game, the talked with me about the players, and at the end the party leader said just leave your pc dont worry, i payed only 1 hour, but he didnt kicked me for over 10 hours...

So, dont put any people in categories! Even if they are angry, only a few will really harm your, but they also harm other chinese, so dont play the victimhood, you came to their server, find people, show them respect, and they will respect you.

We all can only hope, that the foreigns, that acting like idiots, one day become more mature and wisely, because we wont see a "Bad People Filter" one day, you can be sure about that...

When I started playing on Ocean there almost weren´t that much goldbotters English speaking if U scammed someone you´ll got banned from every single party,guild.And people wouldn´t even talk to u, the more people came the more scammers etc.The chinese people are just sick of people spamming globals and doing other stupid shit.
