Edx Loader Problem

I play in rsro and i want to play with bot .
I downloaded it and every thing was fine until i was clicking at the lunch box with Edx Loader and it gave me error.
the error says "An unsupported locale was detected"
i registered the OCX files and it still dont manage to work.
so please guys help me on my happy hacking

Just click OK and go on

and after i press ok i wait for the game to start but it stuck like this for like 20 min ...
Or the game guard crashes so what do i need to do ?
