rsro char creation problem

hi im having a small problem creating my char heres what happens

i just need to know what i am doing wrong im using the original files not the english media.pk2 can annyone tell me how to create a char or help me correct what i am doing wrong to write the name i downloaded russian keyboard language support and switch to RU in my language bar when i need to write the name.

update : i realised that its only giving me this when i try and make a euro char but i have no idea what it means...

You need to select armor (Robe in this case. You aren't allowed to use Light Armor nor Heavy Armor as a Wizzard), lol. It's the last scroll.
