Hardmod 8.7 Error Need HELP

I keep getting is error when starting Hardmod loader "The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this project." can someone tell me how to fix this error...

i couldn't manage the regsvr32 , SysWOW64 thingies to register the necessary dll files
such msvcp60 msvcp100 msvcr100.dll 's
i have putten them to the sro directory and system 32 etc... Not enough,
have to register them...
I'm running 64 bits OS, sro is 32 bits...
So i tried different ways, used google alot but couldn't manage to register the dll's.
at last, it said with an error message box
" mydll.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found. "

i have vc++ 2010 redistributable pack (5mb thing)

i need to solve the error message to complete registering the dll i guess....
How to do that ?

you're missing the visual C++ redistributable 2010 you can find it @ microsoft it should work when you install it:P
