Could Any 1 Help Cant register

Hi all when i download'd the game and want'd to registar it says

In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.
Please send inquiries through Bug Report and they will be taken care of.

could any 1 help and add a soultion !!?

Change all The information that you put in the last one
like Birth day
F-name
L-name like that
it should register

simply dont use a proxy, or try a new one to create an account....or if your computer is in a network with a shared IP,see if its possible to change...
