Try whit an other acount and be sure that you have the chinese Lenguage.

Its because you are trying to make a European char on a server that only Chinese characters are allowed...

No , but on other servers it's working with my english media.

you tried to make an account on the server which is the server for the kingcup tournament. everybody can login to it but you wont have chars nor can create characters.
people who have a serverfight on that day are able to use their characters on the server.
so try any other server and it should be fine
