Hahah, Oh the joys of Windows 7!

Don't use 3rd party websites like "Drivers collection" you can never actually verify to see whether they're correct or not.

Download the driver here;

For some reason; that above link isn't working for me? If you have the same problem copy this link into your browser;

That's from a legitamate Microsoft Site.

Have fun,

Gaz.

It doesn't recongise what?

Have you checked 'Device Manager' to see if your GFX card is there?

Right Click my computer > Manage > Down the bottom hand side there is a 'Device Manager' option.

Choose that and see if your card is there and if it is does it display any symbols beside it?

Secondly, ensure your VGA Cables are plugged into the GFX card. Then you can disable your onboard adapter and then Restart the PC for the changes to take effect and then your PC will boot the display from the graphics card hopefully.

Anyway; I'm off for a driving lesson, catch you around.

Ok, Firstly I'd check your BIOS (Basic INPUT OUTPUT SYSTEM)

When you turn on your PC press F2, Check the "Display adapters" and enable your GFX card if you can.

IF the file you downloaded is a .exe file all you will need to do is just install the software and it will sort itself out.

I cant find "Display adapters" there. What i find is "Advanced Chipset Setup" and then there is an option named "Video Display Devices" that has these options "Auto" (this was the one settled), "CRT Only", "CLD Only", DFP Only", "TV Only", "CRT Force(Auto)", "TV Force(Auto)" and "CRT/TV Force"! is this familiar to you?

The SVGA Standart Driver has been installed... guys honestly, if the wrong card was installed, he had also missed the right port on the back side, and with "formatting" you dont change any things on the bios...

try this

catalyst drivers are usually universal for all ati cards.

The Problem was that in my Computer Box and PackardBell web site they registered ATI RADEON Xpress 200 series as my graphic driver, but they were wrong (a friend of my use remote help to get in my computer and he check the detailed system info [dont know how he got there, he's an Software Engineer..]) and check that the card installed was ATI RADEON Xpress 1100 .. so he downloaded they right driver and installed it, problem solved
