Hybrid Nuker Build! Need help

Hello all!
I just wanna star with a new character and I wanna be Hybrid- 8:3 (80 means 80lvl pure int and 30lvls pure str).
Do you think it's a good build?
and the skills:
Fire 110
Cold 110
Hueksal 110

Well, its a typical Fire/Cold Nuker Build... I personally don't like hybrids too much, but if you have decided to be one... it's worth a try.

But I think 8:3 would be a little bit too much STR... it'll propably take away too much of your mag. DMG. Maybe you should consider going 9:2 or even 10:1...
