Csro Npc SOS??!?!

Today I saw at the Stallnetwork alot of Weapons and other Armor parts which are SOS but with npc stats some1 know how to get them?

man there is no such event..you go to their webmall and exchange 100k gold for 1 RD...then with RD you can buy different level SoS items -.-

a lvl 64 xBow is around 5kk gold so that you can get an idea of the prices.

there is such event with soh D8 weapon, all stat at 0%.

there is an event going on right now: to promote the Red Diamon webshop the prices for the weapons and gear are lowered drastically for this week, but jewels are still expensive ... normally the 9D SOS weapons were 1400 RD, but now they are 250 RD!!!!
