There currently just 2 mobile Silkroad servers. One you might as well say its different game (it uses few models from Silkroad but that's all), the other sromobile.com is pretty close to original Silkroad, but its made in Unity and has custom server so is not compatible with other servers (i.e csro, vsro etc).
So no, there is no server-client files for mobile Silkroad available.
