the bot258 team could've seen my crack as a perfect opportunity to hack pplz accs?

We all know they've been getting username/password/charname and other info through their bot since the beginning...

If you guys want to blame someone, blame bot258.

It was through them that all of this was possible. Thanks to their releasing a buggy, alpha-level cheating product on a free-to-play game and requiring payment, we were able to pretty much get 90% of all botters to download the crack.

The crack DOES work, you simply need to get it to run with gameguard and do the apache thing again. The reason you get d/c'ed every 15 minutes or so is because it unloads gameguard. The crack posted on darkinc is the crack without the "logger".. lol.. in it. That is the original source that I made before the server maintenance was over and the bot went p2b.

If this kid will chill out and stop being such a hardhead I might even post the source-code to the modified crack sometime. It's a video game, I got hacked out of over $3,000 USD of items on Conquer Online and banned by GMs on a fully socketed full super drag account because I created the superman bug. Sure it sucks, I got over it though. **** happens man, and like the TOS says, if you get hacked it's your own fault. If it's done through sql injection or hacking of the actual account server, then it's their problem and they'll deal with it. What can I say, you got unlucky. For instance, nobody was hacked in venice.

Also, syztem, it was not a security threat or a fraud. The crack worked 100% and it did not comprimise your system. Hell, we didn't even save the IP addresses of people. There's not 1 single law being broken here.

I will say that I'm sorry if you got hacked, but every account that got hacked had most all of their things NPC'ed and liquidated. There's not much anyone can do for that.

lol,i tried out the crack for 10mins, then took off and changed pass +scanned entire comp :P. lucky ididnt decide to leave running for a few hours. feel sorry for all the people who got their accounts hacked...
