yes it's real :P here is the video. There is not much info, it's recent at least 24 hours. I'm sure it will attract attention. I really think they're doing it very well.
It is for mobile but maintains the essence of the old SRO.
maps, skills, effects, animations. etc

Looks much better and more "SRO-like" than the original SRO Mobile that was released some years ago. It's a shame that it will likely only feature Vietnamese support since it's from SilkroadOrigin.

I'm only interested in the line 'license from wemade max.' I don't think Wemade Max has produced a mobile version exclusively for the Vietnamese market.

it looks nice but why bother especially with trying to replicate the PC gameplay on mobile, I don't see how it will work but i will be there to play for a couple of hours anyway

Nope. Silkroad Origin, also known as VTC, is the new Vietnamese regional publisher for official SRO. They are licensed by Joymax to create special locales of SRO for specific regions. Example: GameGami runs TRSRO for Turkey, 4Game runs RUSRO for Russia, ICCGame runs the new CSRO for China, etc etc.

This is gonna be a big leap forward, especially since once we get the hands on the files, mobile users will be another part of community. Now imagine feature we already use on PC-Version, may work on Mobile-Port even tho i think there will be WAY to much options to exploit a few things, especially with the so called DEVS in this scene KEKW

Finally someone has understood it. 100% agree with you, this is refreshing, for an SRO community that was dead.
This version will do the impossible to bring new players.

Wasn't there V something Ong in Vietnam up until a couple.of years ago?

I like how the game looks but to be honest cloning the thing from PC to mobile with the same type of gameplay will be very difficult, hopefully these guys did a good job at it and it won't be a shitshow like the first Silkroad Mobile (that is still popular for some ******* reason).
