Not really, but, it's a matter of luck/timing.
Practically the only time to login without getting stuck in the queue is very shortly after the monthly server "update" occurs. Afterwards you'll never find another time period where you'll be able to freely login without premium/vip status/instant login ticket.
It's a bit easier to find times to enter the login standby queue. Usually late nights during mid-weekdays you will be able to find a time where the queue is 900~ players and not full. Even if you manage to get into the queue, it will still be 4-5+ hours before your account logs in, and if you're not at PC you'll be disconnected in a matter of minutes if you sit AFK at the character selection screen.
Of course it's all about chance as queue opens/closes very frequently but bots usually take the spot as soon as it opens. But yeah other than that it's very rare for the queue not to be full (therefore you can't use auto login and have to just keep trying) these days so good luck trying to get in without the instant login service.
