Idea for new bot

Sorry for my english.
My english is ok for simple things.
I'm russian.

Is it possible to make bot that:

check what merchants is celling,
buy the assigned things on the price not more than desired.
check all merchants finding necessary things.

how about this... am ideal bot that will do trade runs..only wid 1 star, u use the dirt paths on the maps to go from town to town so u won't get stuck at all at any obstacles, u only att thiefs and monsters that attks u and ure camel/horse man taht wud rock
