Hestia and Demeter merged to form Aether on January 21st, 2020.
Following that, Aether, Rhea, and Hephaestos were merged into Philotes on January 18th, 2022.
TL;DR you can find Demeter characters in Philotes now (if they weren't already deleted due to inactivity).
