Question regarding Art/Lore of Silkroad

Do any of the clients/leaked files contain media files/art/background information/lore generally about Silkroad Online and/or also things that have not made it into the game? (like islamic race)

Would appreciate any insights. PM me if something is sensitive.

I've only ever seen two screenshots about the islamic race. I'm not sure if they are legit or not. These skill icons do look like something joymax would ship IMO.

Arabia content includes to the client for over 10 years, they just didn't finish/focus/continued on it somehow.
The entired southern area of jangan and donwhang were planed for india map but??

Unfortunately they said they have no plans for any new race at the moment.

They always say they have "no plans" for stuff, so that response from them really does not hold any merit.
The only time that response changes is when they announce publicly that something is coming, or VERY close to the release. Always has been like that and always will be.

However, it is most likely true that Joymax is no longer working on the Arabian Race. In their eyes, it's no longer profitable or worth the effort to continue heavy development on desktop games, specifically Silkroad.

Joymax's focus is currently on mobile/online games, and I doubt that will change anytime soon.

The reality is that Joymax shifted the creative direction and plans for Silkroad long ago. Most of the content being released is stuff already completed and in the client for years. Majority of the staff, especially support and development, were let go/reassigned to different games around 2014. No more heavy additions are being made to the game, just a few things here and there. It simply isn't worth it for them anymore.

Staff already got shifted around the time they developed the Egypt update in 2010. A lot of that update has already been done by students and beginners and not by seniors. You can see this very well in the recycled elements from the update (mobs, textures, assets, etc.). Coincidentally (not really), that was also the time when it was decided that they would focus on mobile games in the future. Cap 120 was the first update in which only few resources were invested. That is why it is only a clone of the Constantinople area. And that's just how it continued. And every now and then you used things that you've had up your sleeve for years. Baghdad and parts of the region are another good example. According to very early rumours, this was always supposed to be the low-level area for the Arabian Race. So they obviously already had various models ready. But you can also see here what was done by amateurs.
