There´s a multiclient to run 2 SRO Clients at the same time - dunno if it works anymore

its just a client-sided dupe, which means it makes no difference except to make screenshots, but if u wan to make ss then u would use photoshop instead, so this is pointless.

wait a minute.. maybe we can change some spells/skills with wpe??? like it does on wowemu servers in World of Warcraft

you cant change skills, as they are server side, and if you create one urself (near impossible btw) you will simply crash everyone in sight and ur own client would crash also.
