You will find Auto res in the EXTRA settings. Activate auto-res and choose the desired res skill. Also choose the res-range and make sure if youre EU to activate weapon switch in the "skills" tab and put your cleric on the chosen slot.
You Auto switch weapons in the SKILLS tab, below your chosen skills is a tab for weapon switch, choose for example slot "1" for switching and put your 2nd weapon on the first slot in your inventory.
In the "ITEMS" Tab you can set your desired pick settings, if you only want novas to be picked then choose from the drop down menu "Rare items" and select all of them , right click and set to pick them via pet/char w/e.
