I Can Tell you how:

First Option: buy a second router and buy Internet from another Provider.
Second Option: buy a non blacklisted Proxy

-> Both options are Not Cheap

You can easily use a proxy. However, most are blacklisted... looks like they went through extensively. Premium, secure and private ones (paid) should work fine. Just do a few searches.
