xp fatigue system & reset

xp fatigue bar 100%

can someone enlighten me on how to reset the bar?
to full at 100%...
relogin while in town...
or anywhere...
or at certain fatigue % reach...

before:
i use to relogin anytime anwhere
before the 100% fatigue rate ends .. even by 1minute...
& it refills to max

now its not...

did they change fatigue system function/reset rules...?

There is a long time bug within the fatigue shard system.

If you relog in town, your bar will slightly~moderately recover.

You can abuse it 2-3 times a day, each time the bar gain will be slighter.

It is not 100% effective, but it will work ~95% of the time in town and ~80% of the time relogging in random locations.
