Check out tsro-r ( taiwan sro ) new official sro opened via taiwans , you just need a hong kong vpn to start a client , because of region blocking , theres also no bots available :P
We was opened a english players guild but almost all was banned for boting , also theres verry easy to buy a silks paypal and more available ways to do it, dosent matter from where yours money coming.
