I downloaded old version םכ CID generator but it's not working =(

It is working, you gotta keep trying different ones, or it might be even not a wrong CID..

Try to use a CID at the middle of that list.
The first ones and the ones at the end are probably already used.

If you change the birth date, its not gonna work.
Leave it and just press generate.
