It seems like your client can not connect to the server for some reason.

1. Make sure you're using your External (Real IP) for your sro_client
2. Make sure to allow the necessary ports from your windows firewall.
3. If you have a physical firewall or a router make sure to allow the necessary ports from here too. If you don't know how just type how to forward ports and your router model to google.
