M3Stat is still online but as far as I know the website has been bugged for YEARS (since Xian 2017 opening) and the information may not be reliable and some features may not be working correctly.

As for the actual state and status of iSRO - most of the original servers are merged into 5 bot-filled disasters; Minerva, Feronia, Bellona, Ceres, and Flora. The global limit is 140 for these servers. The highest level player is 135.

As of 2016, JOYMAX partnered with JCPlanet and they have been opening new servers every 6-7 months.

Honest opinion; do not return to iSRO. You will regret wasting your time and money. With all of the new systems and items, it's not even good for a nostalgic return. Private servers are the last source of this game, and the end is right before our eyes. Enjoy it while you can, and best of luck!
