Proxy Block

Good morning family, in my server, I have only IP control, I do not have HWID, and the players is using a lot of proxy to login more chars, how can I block these connections? maybe block the ports of proxy socks? any solution? I use free SR_Filter

Go through some public proxy lists and block the IPs in your machines firewall.

But, need take one by one? add all?

I'm not familiar with administrating windows servers. I guess you can use the Powershell-thing to add all the IPs automatically.
