Hello need hello creating server

Hello all i have years with out playing silrkoad but i have decided that i want to create a server , so i have a 320 meg conexion for one pc and i7 7700 k 54 gigas ram and 12 gb video card , so i try to create the server on my laptop and i got it working everything good but i dont have any idea what are the best server files to use or nothing i just want to make a private sro for a big community to join , basically what i am looking for is someone that is fully update with silk road files and know everything about creating a server so he can team viewer and help me creating a good sro server leave me a pm if you want to help me with this , and note: i am not goin to pay money for any installation i just need help!

If you can not figure out what files to use and how/what to edit do not even try it.
In that case you server will fail.
