There is no thing as totally safe. They can ban you whenever they want.

JCPlanet allowed botting a wile ago.
Joymax have not. But even Joymax have not banned a player for botting since last year.

But Joymax and JCPlanet introduced a IP Limit for the login queue. Thats why you can only have 2 characters trying to connect at the same time. If one one of the two characters connected to the server you can connect another account.

so i can bot 8 chars using sbot on the same computer? if its 2 char max how can i log in with full 8 char party tho?

Wait until 2 characters are online.
Then start connecting Character 3 and 4.
If 3 and 4 are only connect 5 and 6 and so on.
Even then there are high chances for an IP Bann if you are afk and your characters disconnect.
If you are willing to buy VIP Silver/Premium+ for every character you can avoid the login queue. But even then only 2 chars should connect at the same time. But you do not have to wait for all chars because they are 1 click on the server (with VIP Silver/Prem+). You only have to play around with the relog delay/a delay when starting the clients at first.

If you want to bot 24/7 without any troubles you need 4 Proxies in total.
One for Character 1 and 2. One for 3 and 4. One for 5 and 6. And last but not least one for character 7 and 8.

Different computers won't help as long as they are connected to the same router.
