If you are doing ONLY buffing, you can even set a keypressing script. Selecting party members is done with pressing CTRL+1,2,3,4...etc. Set pressing one of them ( the char you want to select) and press the button were the buff is. You can set it to be delayed.
Make an AutoIt tool, or I can recommend iTools for this.

nice recommendation but itools doesn't seem to have Ctrl button on it i mean what if i wanna buff members with mental / force /body blessings etc.... with a cleric?
