It's no use to argue about it, thats the way how any Sro is getting played .. JM's fault anyway 1) to put Uniques 2) to give name on screen after a kill (otherwise nobody would be interested hunting TG or any other Unique) 3) not to make Uniques stronger and put a Lvl Cap for the attackers ..

I bought it with 350 mil from stall network  with 2 adv elixir...
I will need to buy an 4x lucky avatar cuz I have bad luck on alchemy I tryed to + a staff with like 80 elixirs and max was +4 with premium ...:|

Actually good stats +5 staff 98 costs arround 200~250m. If youre in mostly populated server - venera.

im on artemis and in stall network i havent seen one under 300m, thats +5 and FB or some blues... i dont check a lot tho

Lucky avatar helps whit +7 to +10, not from+3 to +5 lol.
