hello I am trying to help a friend their account was taken by joymax they where online when they had their inspection stalling standing around getting PLv or something anyways this idea was to try and get Joymax/isro to fix the problem after he did what they asked and he gave all the information to them for help and they said it was not good enough he had turned to this a petition for have silkroad fix it or get shut down although I know this might sound harsh but think of it if it was you and a company just stepped on you after years of hard work and putting real money into it what would you do? start all over again after they ruined the game!? they keep making these updates and its not getting better to be honest it seems like its been going down hill I have another friend who has helped it start a new char and account however he really would like some help in this getting 2/3 or 3/4 to the top then being kicked back to the bottom is not right nor is it fair to any person or player we only wish for them to fix what they messed up the account was not hacked was not given out to anyone nor was there anything wrong with the account before they did their inspection however after the inspection he could not log into the game or their website we tried everything we could think of but there was some information that was lost on his part and they refuse to help to where the problem could be resolved.. the account isn't banned and no he has not been in trouble ever so I don't see why they did this.... please help if you can and sign this petition.
