C7 error and silkroad website

Hello all, i have problem maybe at 4 hours i try log in silkroad server hestia with my account and give me "C7 error" and in joymax web site are offline, i can log in JC planet but in sro site no. Any know what is this? any one have the same problem?

Same problem here.I think their servers are down (site and games servers.Hope they'll fix it fast.

Been down for me sence yesterday I was getting leveled went to reset and couldn't log back in so I just went to bed
