I vote for 100Pach100Fire100Ice. Speed is not that necessary since you dont need to run that much around due to your range (at least if you got a pet)

Indeed but u only mentioned pve, never mentioned pvp ? you need phantom walk in jobs, and pvp, cold is overrated use protector for lack of phy defense
and your knock back will help u vs nukes.

Fire 100 pacheon 100, light 80 cold 20

is the best located at the moment.
