Ok now it's +2GMT so like 0.36AM and y just loging in to the game. y don't hawe chines langue pack, so y go from server to server and make new chars, and there what y spot: all servers of csro(div1) got this +77wep and 20k sp.
So what said that only in new server there will be this event? hmm?
