You need the Windows CD for adding new language, this can be made under System configuration i think. There has been a guide in the Foreign section posted, you have to search for it, its very well explained in there.
this news are real?on csro when you create a new char you get 20k sp weapon lv1+77 and something else.if is right i want some infos like: on what division is this?on what servers is this?and i wait some sugestions for on what server is better to play(whit some non-chinese players and whit some taxi's,pvp not a empty and boring server)
