Failed To Initialize NetEngine [ErrorCode(11,11004)]

Everytime I try to run silkroad I get this error "Failed To Initialize NetEngine [ErrorCode(11,11004)]" then it takes me to the start page and there is no start button and my mouse disappears when I hover over any other button like guide etc.

I just a new vista basic laptop. It worked on my old computer but now I get this error everytime. I've tried running it as admin and service pack 2 but it doesn't do anything. I've also reinstalled the game several times.

Anybody have a solution to this problem?

are you running any 3rd party tools?

If you mean stuff like loaders or bots then no.

Did SRO autopatch after you reinstalled... Dumb question I know but I'm just trying to trouble shoot this, its most likely a vista issue haven't heard much good about vista.

No it didn't. Still version 1.225..
