As evaldaskowka said you have to spend them.
But the month is comming to an end in few days.
So I would not recommend to spend them. Wait for 1. August.

Also make sure that you buy C-Coin items. Not J-Coin items.

Genies Lamp. You can get that lamp from a quest at >Level 71 or by buying Genies Lamp with Premium Silk.

And why are there 10dg weapons?

Because JCPlanet is to stupid to remove these items. You are already able to get a full DG 10 Sun set thanks to Genies lamp.

but 100 cap might be more balanced, bec there are only 10d weps/items that you can wear

Of course you do not have DG 11 Weapons.
But people will go for +12 set/+15 weapon. People who usually do that also have VIP Platin/VIP VIP, Academy Buffs, Def/Atk Scrolls/ +2000HP scrolls, Full wheeled and so on. And at the end of the day nothing really is balanced.

Simply take a look at some Aeolus Players:
Full Sun +10 set, Sun +18 Spear:


Full Sun +12 Set, Sun +15 Weapon (only his cleric rod is showing up atm:


Full Sun +10/+12 Set (His dagger are +15 if they did not fail; btw If I remember right his HP were around 70 - 85k at Level 100):

During Cap 90 some people will run around with DG 10 weapons. But they usually are +0 - +5. No big deal in that case. Especially because in most cases stats are bad. Even when they switch there weapons a lot of times. Some stats will be bad anyways. But if Cap 100 is out everything will be maxed out and the gap between "casual gamers" and "pros" is much bigger.

Most people pimp their gear only for 1 day in a week, fortress war.
if you arent interested in fw, there is no point for this uber plus at items.
also they spend thousands of dollars for 1 day in a week.
in my opinion they arent strong, just compens their weakness with money.
and i bet they have no skill ingame for shaitan quests etc.

The people I posted above are all good. Not only because of their set.
Noob are usually not wasting that much money for a set. Jobwar e.g. Dog was pointless. Even with my Sun +7 set I was one hit. Running away in Berzerk also did not make any sense since he is faster. Besides that I was not able to ks him at Shaitan with my Spear nuker. Eventhough he only used his 1H.
