they have added on all the servers, just like ksro and such others, you got from 1 to 6dg sos items..they did this, so you can lv 40+ easily..

I dont think there is any SOS quests in cSro, at least i didnt see anyone running with that around, but 1+77 is way cooler anyway

You're answering to the topic without knowing even a SHIT about csro. As you saw it's true. You get weapon lv1+77 when you create the char. You get also 20k SP and a lot of scrolls, exp/sp/speed and others.
You need to change the weapon at lv42.

and u need to sell the wep to npc couse u cant even store it , well exactly u dont have to sell it if u wonna loose space in your inventory :P
