its not fake. its a special servers for improving gameplay.
they are testing stuff on that server.

Well, seems like fun.

You also get +77 shield if your char is with shield. Just chinese +77 shield doesnt seem to have any glow at all! and also people who are saying that its fake are retarded. There is a difference between 1lv +77 weapon and a 78lv weapon. In attack power is same to 45lv NPC weapon. Reinforce.. I dunno. Probably still need to change the weapon at 42.

38Lv wep is better.

Yes they are, you cannot store anything from the scrolls/weapons on storage..you can only NPC them or use them..accept of the Berserker scrolls.
