New(ish) Server Aeolus

Hey bros.

Like many other's, I'm a returning player. I remember the "golden" days back in 2007 and 2010 times when there were no gold bots and loads of active and fun players and guilds.

Since Aeolus is a new server with 90 cap too, I wanted to know if any of you are actually playing on it.

Are people active?
Did goldbots already flood it?
Is there an active trader/theif/hunter scene going on?
And how the hell do u log in? I've been waiting an hour to log in for the first time and the server is still full and won't allow me in?

No Goldbots in 2007 - 2010? 2007 - 2011 probably was the time when SRO was full of goldbots

Are people active?

There are lots of "old" players on the server who came back when they heard of Aeolus. Players are also active. But PVP etc. isn't really a thing. But you also have that problem on other Servers since people started destroying PVP with outside-buffing.

In terms of fortress war only Hotan Fortress is a thing. Simply because Bandit and Cons Fortresses are bullshit. You do not even get 10k out of these fortresses. Jangan Fortress will probably become a thing when Cap 100 arrives during the next weeks. Another reason is: There are only 2 big unions with 2-3 good guilds in each union. E.g.

SunEmpire Union:
- SunEmpire
- Blitzkri3g
- PeaceEmpire

Revolution Union:
- Heaven
- Revolution

And both unions are fighting for Hotan every week. All other guilds on the Server are more or less bullshit with noobs in it. So if you want a strong guild chose one of the guilds I mentioned above. As far as I know you have to be at a higher level and for some guilds you also need VIP.

Did goldbots already flood it?

No. Some players run their own 8-men parties. But goldbots like sdfsdgf or adfwer do not exist anymore. Reason is: No gold until Level 71 mobs.

Is there an active trader/theif/hunter scene going on?

There is a "new" job system since 2011 where only hunters and thiefs are playable. You will find players in their job suites. But usually only in high level areas. They are leveling their job level to get a better job suit
