[Help] Skill Tab edit !

Hi guys ! Can you tell me how to:

1- Close un-used skill slot in skill tab please (picture). I try eidt RefSkill then import to media but it make client crash.
2- Display max below skill icon in skill tab, is this media side or sro_client
