Problem connecting to SROR

Has anyone had this issue?
I put my login information, the "Requesting User Confirmation" message pops up for less than a second and goes away and it never lets me connect. I have tried all 3 servers and it does the same thing. I've tried closing the game and reopening it and the same thing happens.

Sorry if this is the wrong spot to ask this.

I tried it but it didn't work.. I can logon using my joymax account but not JCplanet.

you don't need to connect to JCplanet.
are you able to login on the joymax website with your accound id and pw?

I can logon to the joymax website and to the game using my joymax login information.
