[Help] Scroll Stats and Full blue

Hello Eiltepvpers,Thanks for everyone join this theard.
i wanna scroll change item 60% 80% 100%
and scroll make item full blue
but every part have own scroll
example scroll FB and stats for head and scrol FB and stats for chest and scroll FB and stats for leg etc for full set and the same for accesory
