There's no IP block. otherwise we wouldnt be able to start the launcher.

i'm from baltic lands. and when closed beta started it sayed that only russian and baltic ppl can play. but to me silkroad.ru don't work. so it's closed for now to all

anyway the missing informations lead me to the conclusion that the OB start hasnt been organized very well , quite a shame for such a company
on top of that they could have had at least put up a website some days before ...
